Welcome to J&J Unlimited Adventures. Our focus is on safety, fun and customer service. We rent bounce houses, water slides, games and more for your birthday parties, graduations, fundraisers, sporting events, festivals and corporate functions. We have all the essentials from tables and chairs to concession machines. Big or small, we are here to serve you. We will work hard to make your event unforgettable. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all rental orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and balance due a week prior to event. If you cancel in the required allotted time frame, deposit credit will remain available for one year.
What form of payment do you accept?
Debit and credit cards via Square and Paypal.
Size and surface?
Most of our inflatables are 13x13 or 15x15. Please have enough space available for both your rented inflatable and the blower to be secured. Please contact our office to discuss set up if the area does not have a flat surface. We prefer to set up on grass. We can manage to set up on asphalt, concrete and dirt. An additional charge maybe incurred if sandbags or additional equipment is needed to secure and protect the inflatable.
Are we responsible for damage to the unit?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on the inflatable or any of our rental equipment. Inflatables may develop tears over a period of time. If at any time during your event damage is incurred please contact us to remedy the situation. If it is determined that damage was due to failure to follow safety rules or negligence you will be held responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the damaged item. All the safety rules and proper operation are signed and indicated in the rental agreement.

Yes! We thoroughly clean, disinfect and sanitize our inflatables after each use. We also inspect them for worn areas that may cause a safety concern.

Our inflatables are made from 100% lead free vinyl. We use authorized manufacturers with the USA. Safety is our #1 priority.

Yes, the blower keeps the air circulating and the rental inflated. Once unplugged they deflate.

Our inflatables have a 600 - 800lb capacity. They can hold approximately 6 - 8 children at a time.
Can we obtain a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes, a copy of the contract will be emailed to you at the time of booking.

Yes, a certificate of insurance is required at parks, city functions, corporate events and schools. Please contact our office if proof of insurance is required.

Delivery is $45 and up depending on the miles.

You can reserve at anytime. The earlier the reservation, the better selection of equipment.

No, we arrive early to ensure you enjoy your full rental time.

Set up depends upon how many rentals we have for the day. We will always contact you when we are in route. Normally, we may arrive up to an hour before your event. On a high volume day we may call to make set up arrangements hours prior to your event.

Yes, sales tax will be collected. For all non-profit entities or State approved tax exemption certificates we require that you provide us with your EIN upon rental and a copy of the documentation.

Yes, we carry the City of Jacksonville under our insurance policy. Although we set up at parks keep in mind most parks do not have electrical outlets. This may require for you to rent a generator from us. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Additionally, for parks you must be present at least an hour before your rental time for set up and remain onsite until we arrive for pick up.
